When you arrive you will be walked through the Casa with our American caretaker Ernie . He will be very helpful as the house is solar and operates using solar panels with generator back-up. Rain water is collected into a cistern giving you clean fresh water for bathing. Air conditioning  is available each night for 4 hours to cool down the bedrooms.If you feel you want more a small fee of $5 per hour for each additional hour of usage.

Satellite SKY TV and wireless internet will add to your already perfect adventure. 

Ceiling fans throughout keep the Casa cool along with 8 ft screened sliders...let the breeze begin!!!

 This is the master bedroom suite with wet bar and screened porch and faces the beach. Two 8 foot sliders offer this bedroom the perfect view of the Caribbean. There is a large walk-in closet and shower. Double sinks provide plenty of space for both of you. This room is perfect for reading and relaxing.

Large open living room with Flat screen TV, stereo sysem DVD/CD and Ipod hook-up. We have some DVD's but bring your own to watch!!!

The view from the roof top Palapa covered bar. Great for early evening drinks and snacks. Even better for watching the stars at night. Seating for 20 guests...enjoy!

A large Mexican dining room table seats 8 perfectly. Located right off the kitchen makes serving and clean up extra easy.  Your candle light dinner comes with views of the Caribbean.

Dining in Mexico is a wonderful experience...their fruits and vegetables are plentiful. Shopping is easy in Mahahual where most local stores sell everything you need to cook a great Mexican meal.
 

This view is from the dining room looking into the kitchen - this makes cleaning up a breeze! Many local fruits and veggies are available including tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, onions and lettuce. Many wonderful fruits are also in abundance such as bananas, limes, mangos and papayas.  

Go ahead and create wonderful and healthy meals.

The evening is a wonderful time to sit and relax beachside, or enjoy an evening beach stroll. Or just relax on the screen porch and play games and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the evening.
